Finding ways to continuously improve your Trade Show results and ROI is done through a combination of Post Show Reporting strategies; in addition to reporting on the leads you have collected, the quality of preparation, media coverage analysis, competitive intelligence analysis and so on, it is just as crucial to report on the effectiveness of your Booth Staffers.

Your Booth Staffers are your company's most important assets at the Trade Shows you exhibit at; evaluating their effectiveness and conducting Booth Staff Trainings before your next show, based on the data you obtain through Follow Up Surveys can drastically improve your company's ROI at your upcoming Trade Shows.

 

Consider sending a Follow Up Survey to the Leads you collected at the last Trade Show you exhibited at, asking some key questions about their experience in the booth.

 

Offer an incentive for filling out the survey, such as a free gift or free trial of your product/service (if possible), etc. Include a postage-paid, pre-addressed envelope or a fax number, so it’s easier for them to respond.
